Bánh hành lá chiên đơn giản mà ngon với bột được nhồi thành khối đồng nhất có quyện cùng hành lá, muối, tiêu. Sau đó cán dẹp rồi chiên áp chảo với ít dầu cho chín vàng thơm.
Hành lá thái nhỏ. Rây 200g bột mì, 3g muối vào tô, rót từ từ nước sôi vào tô bột, khuấy vào dùng tay nhồi cho bọt nở và thành khối đồng nhất là được. Tránh cho 1 lần nhiều nước sôi bột sẽ nhảo nhé!
Rắc ít bột chống dính ra mặt phẳng, cho khối bột ra, cán mỏng dẹp rồi rắc vào hành lá đã thái, tiêu Mexico rồi cuộn lại thành trụ dài. Tiếp tục cuộn lại thành bánh xe rồi cán mỏng dẹp ra.
Đun nóng ít dầu trong chảo sứ hoặc hảo chống dính, đặt miếng bột vừa cán vào chiên lửa nhỏ vừa, trong quá trình chiên rắc thêm ít mè trắng. Chiên cho đến khi bánh chín giòn thơm như ý là được.
Lấy bánh ra để ráo dầu và hơi nguội dần thì có thể cắt nhỏ và thưởng thức. Bánh có thể ăn ngay hoặc chấm cùng ít nước tương cay thơm hay tương ớt, tương cà tùy thích.
