Mở lò nướng trước ở 177 độ C. Bơ để mềm ở nhiệt độ phòng. Cho 170g bơ vào tô lớn cùng 4 muỗng đường và dùng phới trộn đến khi hòa quyện với nhau. Sau đó cho 240g bột mì vào trộn đều lên và nhào thành khối bột dẻo mịn, mượt. Rải một lớp bột áo lên mặt phẳng, cho bột ra và cán mỏng, dùng khuôn tròn cắt thành từng chiếc bánh và để riêng.
Cho bánh lên khay nướng và đặt vào lò nướng khoảng 20 phút đến khi bánh chín, thơm lừng và có màu đẹp thì lấy bánh ra để lên rank cho nguội bớt rồi cho vào lọ bảo quản.
